		<description>2 things...&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;1.  It&#039;s good to meet people and get all of the shaky, awkward stuff out of the way because guess what!  The next time you see them it will be easier to get along and you will have a foundation to grow upon.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;2.  I&#039;m a big believer in devotionals.  I was at a bonfire over Thanksgiving where we passed around a lit piece of tinder called &quot;the compliment stick&quot; in which we, more or less, devoted a piece of our heart to each other.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Keep up the good work--I like where your head&#039;s at.</description>
